TV Series Looking For One Unique Family B&B
Channel 4 is looking to broadcast a unique new documentary series which aims
to capture what it really means to run a hotel or B&B in Britain today.
Kerry Western explains the brief, “Firefly, the production company
making the series, is searching for one special family that is willing
to take part and share their lives of running their business.
The series will explore the ordinary things that are part and parcel of life, whether it’s cooking the breakfasts, hiring the staff or dealing with a variety of customers.
As it is observational we endeavour to not get in the way too much
with cameras and microphones etc.
For one B&B or hotel this will be a unique opportunity to put themselves
on the map and show the public what it really means
to manage a hotel or guesthouse in Britain.”
